Here is a help for the bug of the sm and the mg and other pjs The values are approximate The options of the weapon ( Increase Attacking (Wizardry)Speed +7) modifies a little the "table"

Soul Master:

8135 ~ 8200 agility points : It is bugged
8200 ~ 9800 agility points : You need use Uniria/Dinorant/Fenrir
9800 ~ 10600 agility points : Bugged
10600 ~ 10700 agility points : OK 100%
10700 ~ 13200 agility points : OK 100%
13200 ~ 15600 agility points : Use Uniria/Dinorant/Fenrir
15600 ~ 23100 agility points : Bugged
23100 ~ 23200 agility points : OK 100%

0 ~ 61700 agility points : Normal 100%
61700 ~ 65000 agility points : Definitive Bugged

ICE STORM and DECAY:

0 ~ 65000 agility points : Normal 100%, but sometimes you see the power and sometimes not

Blade Knight:

TWISTING SLASH

0 ~ 47040 agility points : Normal 100%
47040 ~ 65000 agility points : It works but you don´t see the skill

Muse Elf:
MULTI SHOT / TRIPLE SHOT:

0 ~ 23200 agility points : Works 100%
23200 ~ 25250 agility points : Doesn´t work
25250 ~ 37750 agility points : Works 100%
37750 ~ 56500 agility points : Doesn´t work
56500 ~ 65000 agility points : Works but need shoot a little more after

Magic Gladiator:
