The moderators and administrators of this forum will do their best to delete or edit any reprehensible messages that may be posted on the forum. You acknowledge that all messages posted on this forum express the opinion of their respective authors, and do not necessarily reflect the position of the moderators and administrators.
In order to ensure the moderation of this forum, any message violating the preceding provisions may be edited or deleted without notice by the moderators and administrators of the forum. Any abuse may also be sanctioned by banning or deleting the user account. We reserve the right to inform your access provider and/or the judicial authorities of any malicious behaviour.

1. Respect Game Masters and other players.
2. Hacking, duping or using Bug Exploits will result in ban, no tolerance, 1 hacking attempt = ban forever.
3. To report anything to in forum with SS( Screen Shot ) or Video to prove it.
4. Do not give your userID/password information to other players.
5. Do not ask about items/zen or buying/selling/trading/events to www.mufilecity.com
6. Do not ask www.mufilecity.com to remove your PK stats.
7. Do not make guilds with this characters: ADMIN / GM / SERVER NAMES.
8. Do not make fake wars. Your guild can be removed.
9. No spamming Chat.
10. This server does not favour any persons /race / religion.
11. Use of any type of hacks / bugs are strictcly forbidden.
12. Admins do not favour any persons / groups on the server , they are compleetly neutral.
13. Insults adressed to other players are forbidden.
- Bad Words to players: First one = 1 day character ban
- Second one = 1 week character ban
- Third one = 1 Month character ban
14. Insults adressed to admins / game masters and server staff will not be tolerated.
- Bad Words to GM\'s or Admins: Ban Character 3 Days
- Bad words to server: Ban Character Week
15. Do not make fake Admin/GM guilds like: *ADMIN* *GM* or similar, this gives imediat ban and delete of Character or the Guild.
16. Do not make chars whit fake Admin/GM names or similar.
17. PK is allowed In 1.GameServer and 2.Sub-GameServer.
18. In a event on server if any player distrub it and disrespect the GM\'s and GM\'s report in forum with SS the player lose 3 reset\'s, if he don\'t have reset\'s he win 2 days ban from server.
19. Any disrespect from a player in any situtation on server and GM report it in forum with SS the player lose 1 reset, if he don\'t have reset\'s win 1 day ban from server.
20.In any case of losing reset\'s as penality, if player alredy reach to the limit of reset\'s, the rule of losing reset\'s don\'t apply to him, and in this case he will be banned for 1 week.
21.Always Vote every 12 hours to become our server Nr. 1.
SMS & PayPal Terms
1. Administration take no action if You send wrong code!
2. The Administration does not force you to send an SMS or use PayPal Transfer, you do it on your own faith!
3. If You have not enough money on yor phone card dont send sms because you will not get credits!
4. If you send SMS or use PayPal Transfer you can not ask financial support from us if the service does not work.
- You send SMS or use PayPal Transfer from your own will.
- If you send SMS or use PayPal Transfer you agree all terms.
5. You can not blame administration about your own incorrect keyword or characters nick input.
6. If you send SMS or use PayPal Transfer you take your responsibility for its cause ( no unlock code recieved, server off...)
