A Few Problems

Hi everibody,

I have 3 problems that i didnt found them in here, so i didnt know where to post this. If it is in the wrong place please move it
Well, ill start:

1-I bought an entire Titan set Semi FO, but when i go to the game i didnt have the Boots, so i wanna know if u can give me back that part. As u can see here:

2-I tried to make +15 my new Titan Semi FO Gloves, but when i tried it freeze and cant take them off the chaos machine or nothing like that, so i had to reset the game with Alt+F4 (i already tried to wait 45 minuts and nothing happends). As u can see here:

3-I cant send messages from mi cellphone in Argentina, and when i go to the help webpage there isn't the argentina, so i cant do anything.

I hope u can help me so I can have all my set +15

Because i don't wanna loose my set's parts and i wanna buy credits by my cell phone in argentina, but it doesnt work and when i go to REPORT A PROBLEM [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] i cant find my country (Argentina), so i cant do anything
