web shop bug

i bought flameberge +13 +f.o. in web shop. when i entered the game, it disappeared from my wault, as well as 1 more item (Brave armor from drop)
when i was buying it, my account was offline
please give back my credits or give me the sword.

I don't think in you can recovery that items and the credits because by the rules of the web shop

When you buy items read web shop rules

you can only pierce people's faces into rules instead of real help or just pure immersion into problem.
by the way, i'm not playing on your server for already ttwo weeks and a half.
